| - One of my all-time worst experiences in customer service. Don't believe any good reviews for this guy, they're all his friends he recruited to tilt the ratings. The install went ok for a remote starter. But when things go wrong and it's his fault, his ON THE GO answer is to claim it is all the customer's fault. He refused to fix the remote starter that he installed and linked to an existing module. I know nothing about remote starters, so I trusted him to give me the correct advice. He said he could use the existing module that was wired into my Lexus LX. No need to reprogram the module or replace it according to ADAM. It worked for a while, but then drained my battery so I couldn't start it. When I contacted him to fix it, he said, "well, you used the module that was preprogrammed in the vehicle." Yes, did, BUT ONLY because HE TOLD me to do it that way. Instead of just fixing the problem, he told he didn't want to deal with me anymore. How is that for customer service. Now, his response can be I was a problem client. My response is I AM a problem client BECAUSE HE DIDN"T DO THE WOK RIGHT the first time.
You can really tell the quality of a business and business owner NOT just by the original install, but how they respond to problems and corrections. I would recommend Best Buy over this GUY!
