  • Mattress Firm is a flipping joke, they have the most retail outlets in the West Part of Maricopa County AZ. There warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Trust me there sag warranty is not honored if you bed does not sag 1.5" with no weight on it. This warranty IMHO is design do never ever be horored by Mattress Firm, or the Manufacturer! Most bed will return to looking showroom fresh without weight on it, but put a gallon of water on in in a plastic Container and see if the bed sags. The salespeople tell customers that Mattress Firm has a 100 Day NO RISK SLEEP TRAIL, but the truth is tying to get them to honor it is a JOKE. Plus if they do you are out 150.00 BUCKS RESTOCKING FEE. Why has Mattress Firm saturated so many are with this store like in Surprise AZ where they have 3 store with in a half mile radius. Don't believe one word their pushy sale people will tell you any lie to sell you a BED. Ask for all promises in writing. Best advise I can give anyone is to avoid Mattress Firm or don;'t say you were not worn.
