  • I am visiting from out of town and figured I'd try some local coffee. I stopped by the adorable island bean company shack on my way out. I saw granita on the menu, which I had never had before. I figured it was worth a shot despite it being winter in Pittsburgh. So good! Everyone has to try it. It's sweetened, milky espresso frozen and then milled into a slurpee-like texture. Perfect way to get some caffeine in the morning, especially when hungover.
