Horrible customer service. I paid $7000 for a security and camera system which was took a week to install (supposed to be two days) and I have had camera down for a month (less than six months after install) and three people out to fix and each had an excuse why they could not fix it. One, I don't work on cameras, Two camera must be broken order a new one, Third, old camera is good but I don't have the tools. I call scheduling leave message no answer. One repair guy came out to fix the smoke detectors (same less than six months on install) and he was complaining on how poor the other safeguard guys installed things (he had worked at safeguard for 20 years)
