  • Cox communications is horrible. They increase your internet bill after their so call one year special. No e- mail to notify you that your bill is going higher for no reason. There are no upgrades going on for the services, there's no need to increase your bill. Definitely shop with another company, I will. And don't do the auto pay neither.
