Let me begin with the positive. The crews that did the actual move were great! They were all professional, friendly and extremely competant. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The negative (and it WAS a significant one) was the lack of direction and/or coordination between the quoted price, the instructions given to the actual moving team and how the move was executed. The bid was predicated on the packing and moving team leaving the lightweight clothing in the dresser drawers and moving the furniture that way. It did not happen; apparently a lack of instruction from the top. Extra billed time and materials were spent packing the lightweight clothing into multiple (also costly) boxes and then loading and unloading them raising my actual cost for the move by several hundred dollars over what was both quoted and expected. And a request for an adjustment to management was met by no action. This lack of management coordination and instruction to the actual moving team is the ONLY reason that my rating is not the full five stars. The actual moving team certainly deserves the higher rating.
