  • Welcome to Arizona! When we lived in California, we purchased our rings from Robbins Brothers. We always had great experiences with them, so when we found out a location was opening in AZ, we were excited. We stopped in to have our rings cleaned and take a look around. Everyone was very friendly and the place was well organized and clean. During the cleaning, we were wandering around and saw a few interesting items and asked to see them. At no time was the sales person (Olga) pushy about purchasing or looking at higher priced items. My wife found something she liked, and since it was our 10 year anniversary, it was as good as any time for an upgrade. Olga made a few suggestions on upgrading our existing ring, or getting a companion band, or some similar styles, but we settled on the original. The price was very reasonable (actually better than expected). I did inquire about the 110% diamond upgrade for our existing and they did make us a fair offer (again, better than expected), but we decided to hold on to the original. A little bit of paperwork, a swipe of the card, and we were on our way, and didn't break the bank. A side note, we had originally settled on RB 10 years prior in CA, because they were the only shop we visited that wasn't pushy, or had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Initially had purchased the engagement ring from RB, then returned for a pair or wedding bands, and 10 years later for a 10-year upgrade. Definitely customers for life, thanks!
