| - I went in to DB on short notice because we just decided on the wedding about a week ago for November 29th, (military wedding) and I needed a dress ASAP! My Maid of honor and I were a walk in and waited about 20 minutes to be helped (which we expected because of how last minute it was). Everyone was super friendly, it just seemed unorganized, probably because a staff member didn't show up, which again, I get and understand.
Finally Jenell was helping us, and she was amazing! She really did seem like she cared about the experience, which is a plus for me. I felt like I was a pain, but she was patient and I ended up finding my dream dress, for an extremely affordable price! If you go to this location, definitely find her, she's very knowledgable and passionate about her job.
The only disappointing thing was that the alterations were a lot pricier than I was told they'd be. They were more then the dress themselves! That wasn't Jenell's fault, she was all over the store trying to find answers for us, they just weren't there for her to find. They did get me there next day for an alterations appointment which was awesome, and penciled me in to pick up my dress the day before Thanksgiving, which is really great considering how late in the game I was.
Overall I found my dress perfectly, timely and for a great price! Thanks to Jenell.
During the next day at my alterations appointment, my specialist (I'm very upset I didn't get the name, she was wonderful!) was great. She was talkative and made sure I was comfortable. The price was a surprise to me, but my specialist did everything in her power to lower it for me the best she could, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a good experience, especially for newcomers and people needing things quick!
