| - You're making a big mistake if you're staying anywhere else in Las Vegas. We just returned from our anniversary celebration and The Four Seasons did everything right. We asked for an early 11:00 check-in and the room was ready by 10:00. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded, and later that afternoon an excellent dessert was sent up up to our room along with a kind note regarding our anniversary celebration. We asked for a late check-out and it was immediately granted. These kids of personal touches guarantee loyalty and we won't stay anywhere else. The room itself was superb, with a panoramic view of the aiport and entire Vegas strip, it was roomy, quiet, comfortable, and filled the top-shelf amenities you'd expect. Located at the southern end of the Strip, the Four Seasons occupies the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay building, and it is like a hidden sanctuary, isolated form the madness of Las Vegas. It has no casino and a separate entrance from Mandalay Bay to keep you insulated from the chaos. The entire property is quiet, serene, and the service is impeccable. The staff is helpful, makes you feel welcome, and is always ready with a cold bottle of water. The check-in desk is quiet and efficient, with none of the crowds and insanity that plague your many other Vegas hotel options. The gym is equipped with a nice selection of weights, treadmills, ellipticals, and a stairmaster so you can work off the previous night's indulgences, and it has iced hand towels, Gatorade, and lemon water available. The pool is small, clean, and intimate without the crowds, and is staffed by lifeguards at all times. If you take Uber from here, select Mandalay Bay Four Seasons entrance as your pick-up point. The Four Seasons Las Vegas is a paragon of what a hotel stay should be. Well done, and thank you.
