  • They are just terrible. Their staff does not do their job. Took me a year and a half to get my compression stockings because they either had not submitted it to my insurance or they had just not ordered them. I went in over and over just to be lied to. Bern waiting 6 months to get my C-PAP machine because they have not billed insurance. Some stuff I just never get. Hope I don't die before I get my C-PAP.
