rev:text	Tranquil Infusion also operates under the name Skin Genesis. The address on top is also not correct. I found two sites and one promotion, all with different addresses. This Ahwatukee business is located on Ray Rd. and 44th St, address: 4425 E. Agave Rd. Suite 113, Phx 85044. The door is not marked, and is always locked. My experience is similar to others in that it is hard to contact Erica to make an appointment. I was also double booked the first time I met with her. Beware of paying in advance for anything. I purchased very expensive foundation from her over a month ago, and never received it. Twice we arranged to meet so I could collect it, and twice she was a no-show. The second time, I waited outside her suite, and she texted to tell me she was in a doctor's appointment, and I would have to make an appointment to collect the make-up. I was very confused as she told me she'd be there and would be available at 4:30. I also purchased 5 facials from her from a promotion she advertised on FB. I only received two facials. When I tried to book the third, she told me she was super busy and going to be traveling, but would get back to me ASAP. Of course, I didn't hear from her regarding the facial until the following evening, when she realized I was upset about being stood up and still had not received the makeup I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, she said she DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS and basically blocked me from her FB. She tried to threaten me with a lawyer if I wanted the money, at my expense, which is extremely unethical and the reason I have reported her to the BBB.
