I was really looking forward to take my 11-year-old daughter to see the play the diary of Anne Frank due to medical purposes my daughter had to use the restroom before we arrived at our seat once finished upon arriving to our seats the angry patron in row M sitting at the aisle refuse to let us in we paid over $120 for the tickets and asked politely as I proceeded forward she grabbed me by my arm digging her nails into my skin at this point I yelled you're harassing me the ushers and the floor manager was notified before long and refuse to do much about it except to offer me two seats for me and my daughter in the back which were obviously cheaper seats than what we paid for close to the stage I was harassed in this theater and nobody did anything about it I threaten to call the police afterwards but nothing would have been done because the patron at this point had already left the facility the response To the theater company was "she is a big donor and a season ticket holder "my response was I guess in that case you were allowed to harass other customers.
