BUYER BEWARE: A shining example of inept, unhelpful customer service workers. Visited the store twice to get information about cancelling my
plan. On the third visit when I wanted to actually cancel my plan, they told me that their store can't do cancellations. Seriously?? You didn't think to mention that the first two times I was there?
Overall, Sprint is an awful, disorganized company with outdated phone service (Only 3G LTE as told by one of the associates)for premium prices ($103 a month). AVOID at all costs and go to T-Mobile or Verizon instead. They are both lightyears ahead of Sprint.
