| - One of the best holiday buffets I've had in recent years! Kudos to the chefs on a tasty dinner well executed. Here was our buffet layout:
· Hearts of Romaine Wedge, Garlic Crostini, Shaved Grana, with Caesar Vinaigrette
· Garden Salad, Dried Cherries, Spiced Walnuts, Feta and Apple, White Balsamic
· Roasted Vegetable Medley
· Asparagus with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Fresh Herbs
· Baked Potato Bar: Russet and Sweet Potatoes, Sour Cream, Cheddar, Chives, Bacon, Whipped and Maple Butter
· Herbed Risotto with Pesto
· Herb Crusted Grilled Chicken Breast with Sautéed Swiss Chard
· Braised Beef Short Ribs, Wild Mushroom and Natural Au Jus
· Assortment of Holiday Cakes Pies & Confections
· Coffee, Tea, Selection of Sodas, Non Alcoholic Eggnog and Spiced Apple Cider
· Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls & Butter
Consistant, and fantastic quality for a buffet that served approximately 150+ people!
