  • it was during hot summer.. 110? or 112 degrees weather.. my battery died.. i managed to jump start the car and made it to autozone.. i knew my battery needed to be replaced.. i asked one of the staff i needed a new battery.. he said, not a problem.. after paying for it.. he offered to install the battery for me.. i was like.. "wow! you sure? you know it is really hot outside.. and under my hood is even hotter!" he replied with smile.. not a problem.. took him 5 minutes.. done! i was so impressed that.. i gave him $5 tip.. now that's a service!!
