  • This is quite possibly the worst place I've ever lived. The manager, Linda, is never there so the office is always closed during its business hours (usually multiple times a day, for hours at a time so good luck getting your packages left by USPS). To say she's rude and unprofessional would be kind. Fed up with her poor behavior and total disregard for her residents, I asked to speak with her supervisor, to which she responded "I can't give you that number". All the residents are disgruntled because of her, however no knows where to complain (there's only one number listed... and it's the manager's). It took me calling another Petwin Property to find out corporate's number: 480-636-8022 Honestly, don't waste your time (there's also no overhead lights and/or ceiling fans, the cabinets like to randomly swing open, cockroaches can be found crawling out of the drain pipes, and there's an excess of paint on the doors, causing the doors to stick).
