| - 2 stars is generous for this place. 1 star for the decor, another for the friendly security out in the line up.
My group decided to check Pravda since our first choice was a no go. It is always good to visit new palces anyway.
We got there around 10pm and although the line up was somewhat lenghty, the fact that many people went in and out made the line move along quike than expected. The folks coming and going was an early indication of what the place was like.
Once we got in, they were playing Lady Gaga... I just do not enjoy that nor top 40 stuff at all, so that was a first strike personally. The decor alone could not save Pravda in my personal opinion.
The bar downstairs was way too packed and to order a drink was another line up. The same went for the bar upstairs, way too many people for the lay out of Pravda. The bars are way too close to the sitting areas and that leaves virtually no space for anybody to walk through or stand around comfortably. We ordered a few drinks and were somewhat surprised and how pricey they were. It was ok, no big complaints.
We spent no more than 15 minutes in this place. The tight spaces, the horrible music, and the over priced drinks really did not make our visit enjoyable. The only good things were, the decor, the friendly security and nothing else. Head out to Foundation Room, way better.
