rev:text	Firstly, I called the salon and I was led to a voicemail stating to e-mail them if you want to make an appointment, so I did so. The appointment took about 1 week to make, as it was a couple of back & forth e-mails confirming both my and (the AMAZING stylist) Kim's availability. Appointment day: March 17. I Google-mapped the place, came well prepped and still got lost. The salon was under the name "OGGI Salon", not Oskar on Scolard, like the Groupon mentioned. It didn't really matter, because an old fellow was near the door and ever-so politely asked where I was headed to and led me the way. It turns out he was one of the managers. I walked in pretty early and I was seated immediately upon stepping foot into the salon. After Kim was finished with her client, she made small talk with me and asked me what I wanted. I told her I was extremely nervous because I never coloured my hair before and wanted something natural. She comforted me and then proceeded to guide me to her Instagram page to re-assure that I was in great hands. Fast forward 2 hours later, and I couldn't believe my eyes. I looked like a completely different person! Miracles CAN happen at a salon. This is probably the best experience I ever had at a hair salon; the customer service was on point, the quality of the hair style was amazing and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. TOTALLY would recommend to anyone who wants an amazing job done to their hair. Also, please ask for Kim for any sort of hair colouring treatment. She is such a lively character with a big heart!
