| - We have used Centennial several times. We will NO LONGER be a customer.
We reserved and confirmed a delivery to airport and a pickup from the airport.
Centennial took us to the airport and we went out of country two weeks. On our arrival back, no one was there to meet us.
I called and spoke to the owner TIM, He said, the reservation was cancelled.. leaving us stranded on Oct 31st. I was livid we were left stranded on Halloween a very busy night in Las Vegas.
Its interesting that when you book a trip you get email confirmation . But when Centennial chooses to make more money on another fare on a busy Las Vegas night, and Centennial chooses to cancel you, there is NO notification, ITS UNETHICAL.
When we got dropped at the airport Oct 17th, we had the pickup confirmed in writing, we also confirmed with our driver.
When I asked Tim, what day it was cancelled and who did it, the answer was "i have no idea". And why were we not notified, why were we left stranded, he had no answer, just the reservation was cancelled without any notification.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE and THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.
We have been told by neighbors that Bell Transportation is very good, so we are switching.
