Definitely a hidden gem, and one of the neater places I know of in south Tempe. They bake the croissants fresh every day, and every one I've tried has been delicious (they have plain ones and filled ones - peanut butter, chocolate chip, raspberry, and like a dozen other flavors). Raspberry cream cheese is probably my favorite. Good coffee too, with free refills. My only beef with the place is that they run out of croissants pretty fast, and when I've gone in late morning/early afternoon they've usually only had a couple kinds of croissant left to choose from.
On a loosely related note, I've also frequently thought about how if I were a French rapper, I would probably call myself P-Croissant.
