| - Shame on this company. My husband and I brought our 2016 Challenger Hellcat into this location for an alignment and balance of the wheels this past Saturday, August 12th. The car has after market wheels on it, so we've always had a slight pull and shake in the wheel. We thought the alignment and balance would take care of the issue. When they were finished with the car I picked it up and drove it a mile home. Because of rush hour, I was driving very slow. The following day (Sunday) we did a day trip up north and immediately noticed how bad the pulling and steering wheel shake had become. It was so much worse than when I first brought it in.
First thing on Monday, August 14th I brought the car back, explained the situation and requested my money back. This was with Dan. He told me that they couldn't get to my car until the next day because they were having new equipment installed. I explained I can't go 2 full days without my vehicle. After I didn't agree with what he wanted to do He became very rude, brushed me off, and stated "Go talk to him" referring to Garret.
I then went over the entire situation with Garret and requested a refund due to not only not fixing the issue, but also making the issue worse. Garret requested the chance to make it right and against my better judgement I agreed to it and they had the car for 8 more hours.
When Garret called to tell me the vehicle was ready he explained that nothing had changed, they couldn't even get the car back to the condition it was in when I first dropped it off. He did offer to refund my money.
Then come to late Tuesday evening the 15th, my husband came home and noticed scratches on the rims. Identical, circular scratches on all four rims. It was obvious that it was done by a machine in their shop. My husband went to the location and spoke to Dan, Garret, and a woman who came out to see the vehicle. Garret adamantly denied that it happened while the car was on their position. My husband explained that there is no way we could have damaged all 4 wheels at the exact same time in the exact same pattern. Garret then said he would talk to his "wheel specialist" and get back to us.
Today, Thursday, August 17th Garret called my husband and again denied responsibility and said their security tapes show no damage. Funny though that they won't show us the security footage.
So now I have a brand new Challenger Hellcat with less than 8k miles on it, $3k after market wheels that are completely destroyed.
Stay away from this place at all costs unless you like shitty work, rude employees, and damaged vehicles.
