  • So I just got into town and had a craving for pho. I figured, why not try it since I'm staying here at the Palazzo. As of this writing it was $19.00 plus tax. The portion was small, for half the price, I could have easily gotten a portion twice the size elsewhere. The broth lacked flavor. The key ingredient for any pho, it doesn't matter where you go, simply put is broth. I had gotten it with thin slices of filet mignon and beef balls. It was ok. I had asked for extra jalapeños only to find 3 slices. Yes ladies and gentlemen, 3 slices. Bean sprouts were also missing. It was not memorable enough for me to return. Save your money for I'm sure there is better to be found on the Strip. I could not comment on service since this was a take-out order.
