  • The worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my entire life, just came in to look for a new lamp and a replacement bulb for my professional lighting system. The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me however she did help the gentleman that walked up right behind me. Then she proceeded to go to the back of the store and joke around and hang out with her friends that work in the back. Totally annoying I will never come here again. Was looking to spend some money on some lighting guess I'll go somewhere that wants my business.
