  • It's been a couple of years, but I figured an update is in order, despite having ended my professional relationship with Shanna. I moved to another another part of the world, which rendered my US account unnecessary. Even while I was traveling around and was within limited reach, Shanna still made herself available while this lone traveler got into some rather dire situations (e.g. getting my card locked out in New Zealand, or needing more cash than my daily limit could allow in Sweden, or even hastily closing my account and moving all my funds to another US bank). She was always professional, timely, and never judged me. Haha! Seriously someone that I hope will never change, because it's people like Shanna who make this world a better place. She'll be missed.
