Very upset with the lack of service at this sprint location. My first and MOST important request was that I DID NOT want anyone to run my credit and I just wanted to know approximately what it would cost to begin with sprint as a new customer with a new Iphone or by bringing my current Iphone. The customer service agent assured me that she would not run credit and asked for my ID. At that point again I emphasized once again that I DID NOT want her to run my credit and she said no don't worry I just need to verify that you are in fact who you say who you are. After that, she scanned the ID and after a few minutes gave me prices and deposits amounts. I thanked her and she returned my ID and I told her I would think about it and come back if I decide to open a phone line at sprint. Days later, I received an email from Credit Karma that I had recent activity, at that moment I logged into my account and noticed that Sprint HAD RUN MY CREDIT and I also received a mailed letter from SPRINT letting me know about my current credit application. I really would appreciate for a customer service agent to listen and hear the concerns of the CUSTOMER when they come in and ask and emphasize on certain details that are important to the customer.
