I cannot understand how agent Johanna Raupe is in this line of work.
As an agent, you would think that one would have some sort of communication ability and courtesy and somehow, Johanna has gone this far in this field with her disingenuous tone and whiny demands.
Technologically inept, doesn't have basic knowledge of phone systems, voicemail, and whether or not her land line can call out to mobile numbers outside her area code.
In this day in age, you would hope that your agent has the knowledge and ability to use all tools, technological and otherwise, to provide a high level of service and expedience.
Johanna is not that.
West USA, please take note that you have an employee wearing your company's brand out there acting outside the realm of professionalism and aptitude.
