  • Dr. Patel did a massive hernia surgery on me and he did an excellent job on me. On the other hand, office staff specially at the front counter lady do not deal with patients nicely. I am writing this review with hope that doctors read this review and train the staff to be more understanding and patient with the patients specially with the ones that are hurting or old and it takes them time to answer or react. It was shameful the way that patients were treated time after time while I was sitting in the lobby. DOCTORS DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR STAFF, YOUR PATIENTS DESERVE COMPASSION AND RESPECT.
