  • Horrible , I mean horrible follow up or through. Never had to inspire a sales person to sell a car. Made an offer, ran financing options, was approved with two deals. One at 8 percent, then another at 14 percent. You think the finance guy is not getting a kick back. Looks pretty corrupt. A little like good cop bad cop. I knew to walk away when I was there doing a deal and a customer requested her trade in back. It looks like they practice the ..."I can get you this financing...then call you back to change the deal". Do not buy your car here. Lazy sales people with no sense of empathy to strike a deal. Financing looks very crooked. Guys get it together. Train your sales staff to follow up with potential customers. Let me know if you need sales training. Please please please go through the reviews here...you will see more reviews about their sales staff and business ethics. Do yourself a favor.
