| - As a taco superfan, Fiesta Cafe is absolutely in my rotation to get my fix. I love the Alex Tacos which is some delicious combination of pork, onion, cilantro and salsa verde.
Before my tacos are brought to the table, the server brings a mild salsa, a hot salsa, and 3 bottles of mystery sauces that range from mild and smokey, to burn your face off. And I like them all.
Their tequila selection rivals Wedge, and they also offer a hearty handful of mezcals. Beers are cheap too! $2 pints of Dos Equis, and sometimes $2 bottles of Modelo.
My only criticism is the layout of the restaurant. The parking lot is not accommodating to the number of tables they have. I usually end up parking off the beaten path in a gravel alley. The dining room you walk into from outside is really cramped, loud, and not comfortable to be in. If you keep walking to the back room (where the bar is), its much more spacious and pleasantly decorated.
Overall, I will return. Just sit in the back!
