  • Bad and silly service. I have been going to the Bloor location for years for a variety of services (waxing, facial, eyebrow and lash tinting and always been happy) Today, Jaclyn from the Yonge location tinted my lashes. I was surprised that after a few minutes she immediately wiped the tint off. I figured maybe it was a new formula? Usually at the Bloor location, the beauty technician leaves me in the room to let the tint work upwards of 15 minutes. 100% of the time when I see my new lashes, the dark tint is obvious. Needless to say I was shocked when I saw there was no difference on my lashes. Jaclyn proceeded to say that "yah next time I need to let them know when I book that I'm Asian and my lashes need longer tint time". I've never had to do that before and the technician knew what to do - so why didn't she take initiative and leave it on me for the appropriate amount of time for the tint to be effective? Sloppy job. Sloppy excuses. Waste of $ and time. Will not be back at this location.
