You get that for what you pay. The hotel reeks of smoke, unlike any other we visited. I am a hotel housekeeping supervisor/manager and this place would be my worst nightmare and biggest embaraasment if I had anything to do with it it. The pool was freezing cold. The room was falling apart, a sign that housekeeping isn't reporting to engineering or that the work orders are just being ignored. In Vegas, the room is used for sleeping and for that this hotel works. Do not expect the Belagio at an Excalibur rate, you will be disappointed. Do not act like you're cool at the Excalibur because it's not the Belagio.
