  • The office staff was behind like a lot of doctors offices. My husband went in for an MRI. We had to wait a half hour later than our appointment. Then when my husband explained he had a fear of needles (because he had to have an IV)the staff said they "couldn't believe a man would be afraid , usually women are squeamish"! So much for showing some empathy. Kind of a bad experience overall.
