| - im not surprised by the reviews i read on here.
i ordered a dinning set and chairs from this company March 29th 2021. They told me it would take 4 weeks to come in. i thought ok perfect because im going on vaca so when i come back it will be here,
well.. when i was back from my vaca i noticed that this company had not contacted me at all to give me an update as it had been 4 weeks. So i called there and when i FINALLY got through, the lady told me that it would be here next week. (this is now april 25th 2012) i said ok..
so the next week comes around and nothing again, no phone call no update.
So i call again it is now May 7th. The lady tells me that it is going to take another 4 weeks because it was delayed?? i thought it has been 6 weeks and now your telling me there is a delay?? i was livid. We had moved into our new home and had no dinning table or chairs.
After going back and fourth she told me she would call me back. well days went by and no call. So i confronted her in person. I wanted a table before my birthday May 17th because i was having ppl over.
She told me the situ was out of her hands and all she could do for me was deliver a "loner table" on wednesday May 10th. So i said fine.. she wanted to charge me a deposit for the loner table and i said after all this? no way was i giving her any more $.
So May 10th comes along and the table is to be at my house for 6, i get a call from her at 5:45 telling me her guy couldnt bring my table because he was done early.. and that he would come friday may 11th, i said fine . May 11th, she calls me again same time.. says the guy cant come today because he had a long day and the fact that we lived in Burlington was a big "inconvenience" for him to drive to my house in traffic.. and asked if he could come saturday.. as annoyed as i was i said ok fine.
Saturday May 12th.. not only did the driver not show up but there was no phone call either.
May 15th, i finally get a phone call from this lady telling me that they couldnt deliver the table because their truck caught on fire! i thought.. you have got to be kidding me! at this point i had had it with her.
i decided not to bother with her anymore and just wait for my table that is to arrive June 1st.
June 6th, i call since she didnt call me AT ALL! i couldnt get through all day, the next day i tried all day again.. when i finally got through she told me she had to look into it and call me back, then she hung up!!
i was furious but this point and i was done.. i just wanted my $ back.
i called her back about 20 mins later (as i had to cool down) and her "sister" told me she was busy, i said this will only take a second. When the lady came on the phone i was mad, told her about the horrible customer service and how un professional she is and that i will be coming in to get my deposit.. she tried to tell me the dinning set will be in next week (this is now June 8th) i said forget it, i just want my $ and to never deal with u again!
June 9th, i went in to get my $.. she even tried to convince me to wait again, told me the dinning set would be here at the end of the month!! i said really what happened to next week!!??
i just got my $ and never looked back.
i only put a start on this review because i had to, but i would not recommend this place to anyone!!! worst experience of my life!!
