  • We asked for a quartz install quote from Diamond for a remodel project, one of 4 companies we got quotes from. Diamond came over and measured it up, we chose a type and color, and he produced a quote on the spot. Unfortunately once all 4 quotes were gathered, Diamond was twice the price of the second most expensive quote. Thinking maybe there was a calculation error, I sent a courtesy email to them to double check the numbers since it appeared to be the lone outlier compared to the other 3 companies who were all within 10-20%. No response. Decided to eliminate them from contention and did not do business with them.
