This business model is suppose to mainstream acupuncture so it is convenient and affordable. The place appeared to be very clean, nice heated massage chairs that adjust. There are rows of these chairs separated by a curtain. I felt a little uncomfortable that others could hear your health complaints/history while you talk to the therapist. The lack of privacy was off putting and I didn't really feel like I was able to relax fully. The acupuncture itself was relaxing, however did not seem to do anything beyond that- I guess that's why they recommend two sessions a week for a month to see results.
