I might be slightly biased as someone who works here now but I started bringing my dog here long before that. I was super nervous at my first visit because my dog is fairly aggressive (just very fearful, doesn't let anyone else pet him without snapping). I'd previously taken him to another vet who made me feel like it was a mistake to adopt a 10-year-old dog with behavioral issues. When I brought him here after that experience, the doctors moved so slowly with him and made me feel so confident in my ability to work with him. Every time he comes in, everyone greets him and gives him treats, not seeming to mind that he doesn't like to be pet and gets nervous -- I've watched him just get more and more comfortable in the space over the past year! Dr. Pavlovsky and Dr. Wolsic are phenomenal with him, and I am forever grateful for their willingness to work with a dog that will only let you touch him when he's sedated. :)
