  • This store is a real lifesaver! Normally I would go to another big chain sports store... but because it's 20mins drive away... I couldn't be bothered... and was about to order online... but that took 3 days! So here I was trying to figure out where to go and WALLAH!! I checked my trusty Yelp app and found Big 5 Sports!! It's tucked away on Eastern Avenue right next to BJ's pizza and Twin Peaks! Like I said it's tucked away - so look out for the signs! Anywhooo...my son needed a pair of basketball knee pads and I thought I'd call ahead of time and see if it was in store. The gentleman that answered (I wish I got his name) was super helpful .. checked the color and sizing was I stock while I waited less than 2mins over the phone. Unlike other places that leave you hanging for way longer! So, great they had my son's size and color - so no brained we went the next day and bought them! And even got a pair for his Big sister too! Thanks for great service and being so close to home ! We will be back!!
