  • Took my Tacoma in for new struts/shocks. First, got estimates from a number of places (the big guys), JCS was $400 cheaper AND they use Toyota parts. Second, when talking with them you really do get the impression, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. My truck has 96K miles and never has had the struts/shocks replaced and I just bought new tires, so I wanted the new struts/shocks even if my old ones still had some life left in them. They took my truck out for a test drive before and after the work. Kevin was VERY easy to work with, no BS.
