BE VERY CAUTIOUS when banking at this particular location!!! My husband and I both have personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo Bank. One morning my husband went into this location and placed a cash deposit with a young female teller. The teller took the cash to the back (near the drive thru window area), without counting it first, stating that was where the money counter was. When she returned she stated my husband was $1000 short!!! My husband was in shock. $1000??? This was not possible, I had just given him the deposit with the reports just prior to him going to the bank. My husband demanded the branch manager, BJ to have the surveillance reviewed or the police department would be called! BJ gave us the run around and made up excuses for the teller's negligence. We called and spoke with a supervisor from Well's Fargo call center and finally had the issue resolved. A courtesy credit was made to our business account for the $1000. Wells Fargo would not disclose what was found on their surveillance.
