  • Cliche but true. One Hour took full advantage of an elderly woman who needed her furnace cleaned and saw One Hour's $40 special. For $40, she had her furnace taken completely apart and was told she needed a $3700 new furnace. There even seemed to be some game of having the technician call for a senior export come out to confirm his diagnosis of needing a new furnace. Luckily her kids got her to cancel her $500 deposit and the new furnace when we called another company who merely fixed the furnace but she had to pay extra to have the new company put it back together. Shame on you One Hour.
