We arrived at Pearson International Airport and called Zoom-Rent-a-Car to come and pick us up. After 20 minutes of waiting outside Terminal 3, we called them again to see if they were on their way. They finally arrived 2 HOURS LATER and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay.
We rented a minivan. The Air Conditioning vents in the rear of the vehicle was broken. There was no tint in the windows. The left rear tire was leaking so we had to constantly go to the gas station and put air in the tire. We called the company to let them know of the problem but the store staff did nothing - just told us to keep going to the gas station.
Upon return, we waited another 2 hours to get the inspection done and taken to the airport. Good thing we had a lot of time on our hands or we would have missed our flight.
With the exception of the shuttle driver, the desk staff were rude and had no manners whatsoever. I'd highly recommend everyone to avoid this rental company at all costs.
If they continue to behave this way with their customers, I'm sure they will go out of business.
