  • This location of Sally's is the worst ever. I have problems every single time I purchase something here. Yesterday I purchased a flat iron and when I used it, it ripped strands of my hair out. I went back today to exchange it and was told that I could, but I was also told that the 30% off coupon I used to purchase the original flat iron would just be lost. She said I wasn't able to exchange it and pay the difference so I asked if I could refund it and start a new transaction with the 30% off coupon. She told me no, that the 30% off coupon could only be used once. I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager there, she went home. I asked for a district manager's name and number and was told no. I asked to leave my phone number for the manager and District manager. She took the information and when I asked about a call back she simply said "I don't know, I'll try". This is completely unacceptable so I simply got a refund and left. Went down to the Sally on rainbow and Charleston, talked to the manager there, showed her my receipts, and she helped me right away without question. She told me that there was absolutely no reason that should've happened at the other store and apologized profusely. I will NEVER shop at the Boca Park location again. The store is absolutely ridiculous and there are so many other stores that you only have to drive five minutes further to find a different one. It is WELL worth the extra time.
