  • Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time. But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy, but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.
