Stay away!!!! I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for 4 years while my daughter attended college. Today she was supposed to be staying there for 4 days and her car broke down 2 hours away so I called them to have it changed for checkin tomorrow instead of today and they told me I would be charged today even though the circumstances were that her car was broke down and could not get fixed till tomorrow and so I was going to have to get her to stay another Hampton Inn until her car was fixed. They stated they could do nothing. I asked to speak with a manger and they stated that they were all in a meeting and could not be bothered. I left a message for Chris the assistant manager, who NEVER returned my call. I called back and they said he left for the day but there is nothing they can do. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for 7 years and I have never received such poor service for a valued member. Sad I loved this hotel but never will stay again and encourage all
Others not to stay there. Managers ignore your voicemails and front desk will not get them out of a meeting to speak to you. Poor customer service!
