So I made an appointment for 12:00 pm ti have 4 tires replaced! It is my only day off this week and expected it to be done within a hour!! I came in early around 11 to pick out my tires. They said they would call me when my tires were ready? I waited for hours with no call I called them and they told me it should be done in a half hour!!! Well after an hour I went into DT and my car was still sitting there I talked to the sales person and he told me because I arrived early he put me in as a walk in an did not put me in for my 1200 appointment that has priority over walk ins??????? Well I finally talked to a manager and all he could say was that he was sorry and that shouldn't have happened?????? No compensation for time lost and now am sitting here waiting for my tires. I would have left but since this is my only day off I had no choice. Please train your employees!!!! I rate this very poor customer service and will not be coming back to this store again!! Stan the manager has been helpful 2 of my wheel covers broke while they were changing the tires???? He's looking for some replacements!!! Don't know if they broke from being old or the rush job they did on my tires but appreciate Stan and his helpfulness
