  • Snail pace on renewal of prescriptions. Had a prescription that had already been approved by their pharmacy and still had to have it re-reviewed. What kind of stupidity is this. Funny thing. When I complained enough and wanted the issue escalated. Magically the next day it was shipped. Go figure. Only reason I stay is most of my meds don't cost anything. Otherwise I'd find another mail order pharmacy. With over 300+ complaints you'd think they'd re-evaluate their process. That's like asking for peace in the world.
