Govt bureaucracy fails again.
About 1.5 hours to hit the first register, with at least 2 employees taking a break at any given time between windows 2-8. They then closed one of the two fingerprinting windows for about an hour. Couldn't understand how they were this inefficient.
Seems like minimum total time you'll be here is 3-4 hours for the simplest of requests.
Also, when you bring a fingerprint card from another state where you need to submit the background check, the registration desk incorrectly states they will supply you with their own. I don't think they understand how it works when another state is involved and has their own forms they are expecting to be completed.
The number of human/work hours lost by citizens waiting like cattle in a place like this is incredible. Local leadership needs to be removed when gross inefficiency like this occurs.
