  • If you're looking for outstanding customer service and a professional team, FPM is the crew that gets the job done perfectly. Eric and the rest of the staff always respond to my emails quickly (even one late at night on a weekend) and are very quick with calls and texts as well. They even go as far to update me that there's no update! Lol. Every step of the way our family feels taken care of and that we aren't just a blank face or random name that contacts them every so often. They really know our names and our faces and I'm sure we're not the only tenants that feel the same! They give a lot of upfront information regarding security deposit returns and always check in on you and are candid about what might affect your deposit on move out. Feeling good and confident about getting our money back when we leave!
