  • Came in to get my mom a new phone & was greeted, and helped by Misty. She was so patient with everything my mom needed help with and was sure to guide her in every right direction that made her comfortable. We had a small issue with Apple and Misty quickly was able to get me on the phone to deal with it. I appreciate her immensely for that, just so we didn't have to drive out of our way to go to an Apple store. Thank you Misty for all your patience and amazing customer service :)
