  • I really like this salon with the exception of two things: the male receptionist is really unfriendly, and my stylist talks too much! She's really great with my hair so for now, the trade-off of a 90-minute session to try and tune her out while she's coloring and cutting my hair is okay. I know absolutely everything about her kid and her life. I was under the impression that a salon is supposed to be relaxing, but that isn't the case when I go in for my hair appointments. Other than those two issues, I really like the location and the cleanliness of the spa. I have yet to use other services and intend on trying out manicure/pedicure services shortly. My understanding is that they have a woman who does lash extensions, but I've not used her yet either. Lauren, the other receptionist, is especially helpful and pleasant. She's the reason I'm giving Cosmos a four star rating. Kudos to her!
